ROUTING SOFTWARE

LYNX CLOUD
Lynx adapts to you, giving you control over your bus routing data. You decide what to name your routes, operation times, bus zones,  and which fields are visible. It’s also easy to drag and drop the names of the students onto any of your bus routes. Easily optimize, consolidate, or create routes from scratch. Lynx Cloud runs on Windows, Linux or Mac. It allows users to work anywhere there is an internet connection, whether that be out in the field or at home. One license can be installed on multiple computers but each license can only have 1 active user at a time. More users can always be added when needed. Lynx Cloud supports 2 factor authentication using Google Authenticator or a similar software. 
  • Fast Track Data: gets you up and running quickly with a new set of data (in as short as 2 hours). Lynx staff will pre-enter all students, drivers, vehicles, routes, stops, etc. into your Lynx database. (Included with initial Lynx purchase).
  •  Fast Track Routes: creates a complete routing solution using our own transportation consultants and specialized hardware and software. You will have everything you need to start the school year without the headaches.
  • Lynx 2Go Route Lookup: is a web based app that allows parents to enter an address and see the closest route and stop to their address.
  • Lynx Messenger: sends out text messages to parents of students in case of an emergency, e.g. delayed route, incident, etc.

STUDENT INFORMATION

Lynx transportation software makes it easy to assign students to routes and keep track of the students as well as any special circumstances they may have.  Critical information for each student is readily accessible, such as allergies, medical concerns, special needs, and custody information. Lynx will help with questions such as which driver is assigned to which bus, when their route begins, if they have submitted their pre-route inspection, and if the bus is safe for the road.
  • Teachers can log in to their portal to see what bus a student is assigned to.
  • Lynx allows you to set reminders, so drivers will be alerted of due dates and renewal dates when they log into the driver portal.
  • Drivers can view not only their routes, but their assigned trips in the driver portal.
